This dialog allows the user to alter the properties of the currently selected objects. This is useful if you wish to alter the properties of several objects at once.
Each field has a check box next to it. If it is checked, all the selected objects have the same value for this field. If is unchecked then the value is different for at least one of the currently selected objects.
If you check a field and enter a value, you are effectively setting the value to the specified value for ALL of the currently selected objects.
The values you can specify are as follows:
Name: Set the name of the selected inserts.
Text Label: Set the text label to be displayed in the 3d view of the selected inserts.
Object: refers to the object associated with the currently selected insert.
Position ( X, Y, Z ): this is the position in world co-ordinates of the currently selected inserts.
Rotation( Pitch, Yaw, Roll ): specifies the rotation when the currently selected inserts.
Fix To Terrain: specifies whether the the currently selected inserts will react to changes in the terrain and maintain its position relative to the terrain.
Casts Shadows ( Pro version only ): when checked, the the currently selected inserts will cast shadows on the terrain texture.
Width: the width of the currently selected inserts in world units
Height: the height of the currently selected inserts in world units
Depth: the depth of the currently selected inserts in world units
Scale: the scale of the currently selected inserts in world units. Altering this affects the width, height and depth of the insert.
Any rows that show are shared by the currently selected inserts. Individual inserts may have other data associated with them. Adding a row or deleting a row will affect all the currently selected inserts.
